To all intents and purposes the Planning Inquiry is now complete and we intend to add all the documents from the Save Our Ferriby Group onto our web site in due course.
On Thursday 7th August 2014 the Inquiry finished with our oral submissions as the last words. The Appellant, St Modwen and the Respondent, ERYC submitted their closing submissions solely in writing due to the lack of time within the Inquiry (which is also why our submissions were so succinct). Emma (our Chairman and our Barrister working pro-bono for us) made our closing submissions orally on Thursday 7th August and submitted them in writing. Residents and Rilba Jones (who, when a health visitor, was the original whistle-blower on the contamination as a result of RTZ/Capper Pass) were present. Obviously we only have copyright of our own submissions and not of the other parties, which is why only SOF's appears here.
In addition you may be interested in the Thursday 7th August 2014 Hull Daily Mail (click here) article following the Planning Inspector's site visit on Tuesday 5th August 2014 and their report into the 16/17 year olds from Hull and the East Riding completing their National Citizens Service Award with the Save Our Ferriby Campaign.
